Our Process
INSPECTION
We start off with a FREE no-obligation inspection to look for possible storm damage, such as torn roof, hail damage, broken or cracked windows, or even fence damage. If evidence points to substantial storm damage, we may advise you to file a claim with your insurance company.
INSURANCE CLAIM
Although it is the homeowner’s responsibility to call in an insurance claim, we will be happy to join you on the call to help explain the type and scope of damage that we found. Our goal is to walk with you through the entire process and shoulder the burden of the repairs so that you can carry on with life.
ADJUSTER MEETING
Your insurance company will schedule a time for an adjuster to come visit your property. We will meet the insurance adjuster on site to assist in any way possible and answer any questions that may arise, always being positive and non-confrontational in our approach.
RESTORATION
If your claim is approved, we will then begin the restoration process on your property. We are a full-service roofing & construction company and will take care of everything according to your claim.
